Microbiological Testing
This is a short accredited course that is aimed at companies involved with microbiological testing to the hot tub industry.
Also ideal for holiday park companies or individuals that have a hot tub in a private rental. You will learn your responsibilities and how to comply with HSG 282 Microbiological testing.
Hot Tubs in Business
This accredited 1 day course is designed for owners, staff or duty holders that are responsible for a Hot Tub in a Business setting.
You will learn your roles and duties to comply with HSG 282 (Control of legionella and other infectious agents in spa-pool systems)
This, down to earth course will explain everything from choosing a compliant hot tub through to maintenance, testing and keeping records.
Practical elements mean that you will go away with the confidence and knowledge to ensure your clients safety.
We can run this course in house or at one of our training centres all over the UK. Prices from £120 per person.
Included is a copy of PWTAG "Hot Tubs for Business" book, Accredited Certification and Refreshments.
Practical Hot Tub, Fault Diagnosis and Repair
This series of 2 day courses will comprise of classroom theory and practical hands on workshop lessons.
When you have completed the course you will be confident in diagnosing and repairing hot tubs.
Aimed at existing technicians, trainees and new employees within the hot tub industry, and covering everything needed to successfully locate, diagnose and repair many faults.
First Aid and AED
Accredited training can offer First Aid training for the workplace, including.
3-day First aid at work course is suitable for people aged 16+ who might need to provide first aid by responding to a wide range accidents, injuries and illnesses that they could encounter in their workplace.
1-day Emergency first aid at work course is suitable for people aged 16+ who might need to provide first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work.
Both the above courses cover AED training or this can be offered as a separate 3 hour course.
BISHTA Water Hygiene Management Course
This course has been designed by BISHTA to ensure that individuals working in the industry are suitably trained to have the knowledge needed to ensure that hot tubs and swim spas are safely maintained, and that suitable advice is provided in written and verbal format to end users purchasing the equipment, both in domestic settings and also business settings.
Dates to be confirmed but closed in house courses can be run.
